Neck Pain

The human neck is made up of vertebrae that extend from the skull to the upper torso. Bones, muscles of the neck, and ligaments support the head to allow motion. Any sort of inflammation, abnormalities or injury can lead to neck pain and stiffness. Most of the times, this can be a cause of a poor posture, but sometimes, even injuries and whiplash can be the reason behind this problem.
